What I Learned
An interactive website builder for bakers. The website would provide bakers with a platform to recieve custom orders easier. Customers would be able to fully customize baked goods such as a cake online.
This prototype simulates a real bakery experience from the consumer's perspective by incorporating features such as product selection, customization, manage orders, payment, reviews, and additional navigation pages to accommodate users convenience.
The UI was designed with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and user-friendlyness. Check out the full prototype and Figma below.

Designed and developed Crumbz, a responsive bakery website that combines my UX/UI design and front-end development skills
Implemented interactive elements and connected the site to Firebase translating my Figma designs into a functional website
Drafted a design from an initial concept through development and create a finished web experience
Building Crumbz helped me understand how UX/UI design and development work together. I learned how to take a design created in Figma and turn it into a functional website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Along the way, I became more comfortable troubleshooting code, organizing my files, and making design decisions based on what was technically possible.
This project also taught me that designing an interface and actually building it can reveal challenges that are not always obvious during the design stage. I had to adjust my original ideas as I developed the site, which helped me become more flexible and better understand the connection between visual design, usability, and functionality
